Dr. Hardaway practices in Farmington Hills, Michigan, operating in her own QUAD A accredited surgical suite. Every consultation is conducted personally, and every plan is tailored specifically to each patient.
Her surgical background spans reconstructive and aesthetic work. Before establishing the practice she was appointed Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Detroit Receiving Hospital, where she set departmental policy and standards and helped train the next generation of plastic surgeons, and served as Director of its Burn Center.
