Surgical Technologist & Surgical First Assistant

Our Surgical Technologist & Surgical First Assistant, Vivienne, is highly trained, licensed by the State of Michigan, and is responsible in assisting Dr. Hardaway with her patients before, during and after surgery. Her bubbly personality is contagious as she works closely with you, not only providing laser treatments but to educate you on specific procedures as well.

Medical Assistant

Our Medical Assistant, Edna, is eager to prepare you for your consultation visit with Dr. Hardaway in a friendly and efficient manner. Edna joined our team with over 20 years of experience. She will explain skin care products that will help rejuvenate your skin.

Tracy

Medical Receptionist

Our Medical Receptionist, Tracy, is the friendly face you will see when you first arrive at the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery & Laser Center. Tracy is the one to schedule your consultation visit, follow-up visits and is happy to assist you with any questions you may have. She works with you and your busy schedule to ensure a delightful and positive experience at our facility.

Brenda

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Our Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), Brenda, keeps your surgical process running smoothly during your procedure and maintains the highest standards of safety. Brenda is licensed by the State of Michigan and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and provides over twenty years of experience administering anesthesia in hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers. Brenda specialized in teaching pediatric anesthesia. In addition, she has traveled to Honduras to provide anesthesia for village people who had little or no medical care. She has been with us since Dr. Hardaway opened her first facility many years ago, and we use her services exclusively in our AAAASF accredited surgical center. Brenda will contact you directly prior to your procedure to discuss your anesthesia care plan and answer any of your questions or concerns – all components of ensuring a safe and pleasant anesthesia experience for you.

Lisa has been a Registered Nurse for over twenty years and almost half of those in the Cosmetic field.  Her dedication and commitment to her profession are evident in her exemplary patient care.  Her extraordinary compassion and understanding are a vital asset to the continued success of this facility.

Lisa B. has been a nurse for thirty-two years.  She has been specializing in plastic surgery for the last six years.  Lisa is enthusiastic about patient care and attention to detail which is important in cosmetic surgery.

Our Internet and Marketing Consultant, Cathy, manages our web accounts and works with various companies in expanding our business. Cathy has more than 20 years of computer experience and more than 34 years in marketing. She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with the State of Michigan. She adds a wealth of experience and knowledge to our practice.
