Welcome to Aesthetic plastic Surgery & Laser Center
Your Plastic Surgery Consultation
After you schedule your appointment, a link where you can fill out your medical history will be sent to you. Before and after pictures and videos regarding the procedures that you are interested in will be sent to you as well. Then, you will be asked to take pictures of your body in your areas of concern. At the appointment time, you will be connected through a HIPPA compliant program to ensure your privacy. Dr. Hardaway will then discuss your procedure and your concerns with you. She will explain the procedure, often including illustrations on the patient’s pictures. The patient care coordinator will then email the quote through secure email and follow up with discussion over the phone. For minimally invasive procedures such as Botox and fillers, the consultation can also be performed virtually, and the consultation process is the same. The virtual consultation will be used to discuss which procedure is best for the patient before the patient comes into the office for treatment.
Our Facility
At the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, the patient is our priority- indeed our only priority. Whether you come into our office for cosmetic surgery or reconstructive surgery, our first step is to sit down with you to discuss your objectives and all factors involved in your decision. We cover the surgery itself. We study your overall health. We outline the discomfort you may experience, the financial considerations and a variety of many important topics.
What Makes Us Different?
Before we begin any procedure, we work to assure that you feel comfortable with your decision and know exactly what to expect. Establishing such a comfort level not only helps you with the decision-making process, but also helps you in dealing with the surgery. An optimistic and healthy psychological outlook is very important to the well being of patients and we work hard to establish such an outlook.
